Custom Design Terms and Conditions

1) Made to measure items are produced on a booking system. Once we have accepted your order you will be allocated a booking date. Your items will be manufactured as close to this date as possible.

2) A 20% deposit of the order total will be taken when you confirm your booking. You then have a seven-day cancellation period. If the order is cancelled after this seven day period, then the deposit is non refundable. The balance of the order will be taken when we start work on your garments.

3) Custom made orders are non-returnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the measurements and design details supplied are accurate. If you require help with measuring please contact the studio. This does not affect your statutory rights.
