SIZING
Before placing your order we do advise that you check your size against the chart below.

Our men’s clothing corresponds to the size chart above. Garments that are listed as one size only will comfortably fit a small to large.

Please order all jeans for both men and women by the waist size. Our standard waist sizes are 28" 30" 32" 34" 36" 38" the inside leg is a standard 34"

MADE TO MEASURE
The design studio does offer a Made to Measure service on selected garments in the range. This service is very popular and operates on a booking system. Some months can be fully booked for up to a year in advance, so we do recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Details of the current available dates will be posted on the ‘News’ page. If you do require a Made to Measure garment please fill in the details on this form. When we receive your completed form we will contact you with a costing and a booking date. Costing and times will vary depending on the complexity and size of the required garment. Please be aware that there are size limitations for most designs.

BRIDAL & COUTURE SERVICE
We also offer a full bridal service that can cater for all your wedding party including the children. We can customise existing designs in the range to suit your requirements or we can design specifically for you. Please contact the design studio for further information. Design studio consultations are available by appointment only. Please contact us to arrange a booking.

SWATCH PREVIEW
If you would like to see a swatch of any fabric prior to ordering, please send a S.A.E with details of the fabric and colours. Samples will be sent out to you. This service is only available in the UK.

DELIVERY
Standard garments are dispatched within 7-28 days. We are a design studio and the majority of items are manufactured to order. Limited stocks are available for immediate dispatch for details please telephone the studio on the following number +44 (0)1422 836655

UNSUITABLE GOODS / RETURNS POLICY
We manufacture all our garments to an exceptionally high standard using only quality fabrics and trimmings, however we are not infallible, if you do find one of our garments to be faulty then we shall happily repair or replace it, providing the garment does not show signs of excessive wear & tear. If a garment is simply not suitable, please return it unworn within seven days of receipt. We can supply an alternative garment, credit note or refund. Please ensure that any returned garments require a signature on delivery, we will not be responsible for any returned orders that we do not receive. We are not able to accept returns on any garment that has been customised to the customer’s specification.

C.V Crushed Velvet	A stretchy fabric with a high sheen & crushed finish.
S.V Spandex Velvet	High quality velvet with excellent stretch & rich sheen.
C.S.V Spandex Velvet	As above with a crushed finish.
Velvetex	A non stretch cotton velvet with a rich matt finish.
Panne	A non stretch viscose velvet with a mid sheen.
Brocade	Fabric with the design woven into the cloth.
Satin	Heavy weight satin for linings.
P.V.C	High gloss fabric.
Flock	Sheer stretchy mesh with the design in a velvet flock.
Micro	Very stretchy fluid fabric with a woven in cobweb design, drapes beautifully.
Cotton	A cotton / viscose blend chosen for its quality & drape.
Metallic	A sheer non stretch fabric with the design woven through in a metallic thread.
