If you know somebody who loves our designs but you do not know what to buy for them, Gift Vouchers are the ideal solution! Purchasing and redeeming our Gift Vouchers is simple.
Purchasing & Redeeming Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are available in denominations of ten pounds ($10.00 international) so you can purchase as many as you need to the value you want to spend. To purchase a voucher, check the box and hit the buy button, then on the order form specify the quantity required and click the 'calculate button' (if you want to spend twenty pounds ($20.00) you will need 2, if you want to spend fifty pounds ($50.00) you will need 5 etc)
Vouchers to the amount that you have spent will then be sent to the recipient in a gift card. Please enter the recipients name and address in the 'delivery' address section of the order form and your own name and address in 'billing' section (We can also notify the recipient of your gift by email, perfect for last minute presents!)
The recipient does not actually have to return the voucher to us in order to spend it. As soon as you purchase a voucher an account is set up for the recipient and the credit is added. A unique credit number is assingned to the account. To spend the money the holder of the voucher simply makes their selection from the website, they then go to the order form and put in the credit number and the amount that they wish to spend. The order form will automatically calculate the total. If it is higher than the credit amount they can pay the difference by credit card or Paypal. If it is lower, the amount will be deducted from the outstanding credit and the remaining amount will stay on their account for future purchases.
Please Note: Vouchers and outstanding credit can not be redeemed for cash.
