359TF - Taffeta & Tulle Skirt
The underlayer of this skirt is made from a gathered purple Taffeta, this lovely crisp fabric gives the skirt lots of fullness (and the lovely 'swishing' sound that you only get with real Taffeta!) The top layers are made from yards and yards of fine gathered black Tulle. The skirt is a clever wrap around design that is gathered on to a deep flat waistband, this makes it perfect to wear under a corset.
