Floaty handkerchief style chiffon skirt. The skirt is made from two offset layers of chiffon with a fluted hemline. Available in all black or black top layer with a contrasting bottom layer.
Skirt has an elasticated waist band. Please note - in the main picture the model is wearing a lace shawl around her hips, this is not part of the skirt :)
