This stunning coat is based on a traditional 19th century tailcoat. It is made from a black cotton dasmask brocade and is fully lined in satin. The front of the coat finishes at the waist and fastens with three ornate antique style metal buttons. The dramatic collar can be worn up (as shown on front view) or folded down (as seen in back view) The back of the coat features a very ornate shaped panel that is trimmed with an antique style brass button. This stunning back detail makes this a perfect wedding coat, The sleeves are finished with an elaborate shaped cuff that perfectly complements the shaped pocket tops.
