A selection of the designs in our range are listed as 'Couture Only' these particular designs are made from exquisite luxury fabrics and are extremely expensive to produce, consequently we do not manufacture any of these items in standard sizes.

Couture garments are produced exclusively to your specific requirements, that way you can be sure of a unique garment that will fit you perfectly.

Unfortunately we are only able to offer a complete made to measure service on the designs that are listed as 'Couture Only'

We can offer simple custom alterations to select designs within our standard size range, these include: lengthening, shortening or fabric / colour alternatives.

Our design and technical team are all highly qualified and experienced in their particular field of expertise, you can be sure that all of our couture items are produced to an exceptionally high standard.

Custom Design Terms and Conditions

 1) A 20% deposit of the order total will be taken when you confirm your booking. You then have a seven-day cancellation period. If the order is cancelled after this seven day period, then the deposit is non refundable.

 The balance of the order will be taken when we start work on your garments.

Postage is charged at a slightly higher rate than standard orders. This is to cover sending the goods on fully insured, express shipping.

2) Custom made orders are non-returnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the measurements and design details supplied are accurate. If you require help with measuring please contact the studio.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
